Dr. Lam came into the room like he owned the hospital. He was very dismissive, arrogant and I felt like I was bothering him with my presence. I was asked why I am in a hospital - I suppose he did not take even a glimpse at my chart. It is sad that a patient that is in distress is being treated like that.
Dr. Lam is an arrogant man with the bedside manor of a door post. Extremely inept man basically refused to examine my husband, came to inaccurate assumptions and refused to listen to me while rolling his eyes at me. He should NOT be practicing Medicine. He should go into Library Science.
