Awful experience, I recommend that you avoid her for quite a few reasons, but I'll focus on the most relevant. I went to two visits at her practice without her once mentioning that SHE DOESN'T TREAT THE SYMPTOMS I HAVE. I did not learn that until I questioned her directly through the patient portal, and even then she asked me to come back for A THIRD VISIT so she could tell me (and bill my insurance) that she doesn't treat my symptoms. Writing this review for the awful billing department services and front desk. I've called several times throughout the two months it's been since my appointment in order to get my refund for my incorrect bill. As other reviews have pointed out, the desk asks for the deductible to be paid before the appointment, but the bill was incorrect. I paid without knowing it was incorrect and I still have not gotten my refund two months later.
Dr. Dokko is absolutely wonderful, just don't use ZocDoc to book, or if you do, call to confirm your appointment time!
I took time off work for this appointment with a very serious injury and they called me less than 24 hours in advance to tell me that they canceled my appointment. Unprofessional front desk
Terrible front desk ! I made an appointment on zocdoc for appointments that were set as “available “ the next day (today) I receive a email to calmly he front desk and confirm my insurance only to hear “the time isn’t available” why was this time given away?! I work at a cancer center and took this time off for this slot. The front desk girl tells me oh we have bk location.
