I've been seeing Dr. Chen for over twelve years. He's an excellent Dr that truly cares about his patients. He takes his time, answers your questions, and doesn't rush you. When applicable, he discusses different treatment options and asks which one you would prefer. I can't recommend him highly enough!
Dr. Chen is a great doctor and a wonderful human. I have been going to him for 14 years and after moving, I drive almost an hour each way to see him. Totally worth the drive. He doesn't rush me, listens to me, and gives expert advice and opinions. I would give him 10 stars if I could!
We’ve been coming to Dr. Chen’s office for the past three years, and Lorraine at the front desk has always been amazing. She’s kind, patient, and so helpful every time I come in with my kids. She’s always professional and friendly, whether she’s helping schedule appointments or answering insurance questions. I really appreciate how she goes out of her way to fit us in for last-minute appointments when my child isn’t feeling well. Lorraine truly makes every visit easier, and she’s a big reason why we love coming here!
