Dr. Chen is a great doctor and a wonderful human. I have been going to him for 14 years and after moving, I drive almost an hour each way to see him. Totally worth the drive. He doesn't rush me, listens to me, and gives expert advice and opinions. I would give him 10 stars if I could!
We’ve been coming to Dr. Chen’s office for the past three years, and Lorraine at the front desk has always been amazing. She’s kind, patient, and so helpful every time I come in with my kids. She’s always professional and friendly, whether she’s helping schedule appointments or answering insurance questions. I really appreciate how she goes out of her way to fit us in for last-minute appointments when my child isn’t feeling well. Lorraine truly makes every visit easier, and she’s a big reason why we love coming here!
