I met with Dr. Kim a few weeks back. I was originally referred by my office to an endodontist office in Roseville, but I needed to find someone closer to home. Not realizing how specialized endodontists are, I was lucky to have found Dr. Kim. He’s a really quiet person, he listens carefully to what you have going on, then goes over the treatment plan. I don't write a lot of reviews on google, just because of the time and not sure how many people even see them, but I had to leave a review about Dr. Kim's office in Yuba City. I was referred to them by my dentist, and was extremely nervous. I have never had anything other than filings done, and so having to see a specialist made it that much more difficult. I got referred to this office because my dentist doesn't re do crowns. I was very nervous comming here because my anxiety was out the roof. DR Yong Chin Kim was very quiet but every step of the way he made sure to let me know what he was going to do next. Such a nice person and easy going made the process so easy. Thank you! I also received a check in the mail from there office I believe they over charged me. Overall the lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming.
Dr. Kim may be good but he needs to get rid of the incompetent person Tami who works the front office. She doesn’t do her job as far as submitting for authorizations. She says she will but several weeks later insurance hasn’t received anything. This is 2025! She also bills claims incorrectly like sending them to the wrong address and then telling me the customer that I have to pay because insurance isn’t paying!
