Worst experience ever! The staff in the reception was so rude when I ask for my test results. I had an appointment with Dr. Chen last week and they told me the best way to know what kind of infection I had was with some tests (I agree because I know this is the best way). When I call to know my results they I only told me “Your results are good” but obviously there’s something wrong because I’m not feeling well. Dr Chen quickly diagnosed a rare infection based on my symptoms. She takes a no nonsense, practical and thoughtful approach to medicine.
Very bad experience. Dr Chen spent less then 5 minutes with me, not showing any empathy or interest about the medical problem
