Main concern of office is payment over patient.(I am covered) Tech repeatedly asked same question after I answered, after I showed frustration, she was rude. Dr. Chacon was condescending over my concerns after I told her about my experience of being told everything is “ok”. I knew it wasn’t a major problem however after losing my leg after being told it was ok, I am more diligent. And needed/wanted it taken care of. Wow! Now this is how you treat a patient. Dr. Chacon and the entire staff are so caring. It was my first time seeing Dr. Chacon and I have to admit that she is very professional, caring, empathetic and helpful. After having 4 failed back surgeries and developing nerve pain in my feet, She found a solution to help me. I actually cried because she was able to get the pressure off of my right hip by simply making molds to put inserts in my shoes. I highly recommend this office. You will not be disappointed.
