Dr. Thigpen is AMAZING!! She took care of me me whole pregnancy. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I definitely recommend Dr. Thigpen for your OB visits!
They have lost my swabs or specimens to be tested twice, then the second time no one even called me to let me know they were lost and the tests were cancelled. I waited A MONTH. Then told me i would have to come in again and be charged again, even though THEY lost the the swabs. Not only that but that they couldn’t schedule me another appointment after the fact so I’d have to go elsewhere. Absolutely horrible service for it to happen twice to one person in the span of 1 year says this happens way too often. Getting any treat... read more
