Karla, or Carla receptionist has absolutely terrible customer service experience made me feel so uncomfortable in front of guests. Asking if she can speak up because she’s talking in between her teeth then proceeds to yell at me then ignore me when I asked her questions. Unbelievable
Terrible service. You call and they give you incorrect information; I’ve wasted my time going there twice.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I went to this office specifically to have a hemoglobin electrophoresis test performed. I provided the staff with clear documentation showing exactly which test was required, yet the wrong test was still ordered and conducted. Since discovering the error, I have repeatedly tried to call the office to speak with someone and resolve the issue.
