They never pick up call for the appointment or follow up. Never call back also. Even if i leave the voicemail, I never got a response. Being struggling since 6 months now.

I’m a paramedic in the cap district of nearly 19 years. This physician (Gupta) has been missing a diagnosis for almost four months and then finally performed a test showing what the issue is. Dr. Gupta and his staff have been there for me for many rears. I have nothing but kind words for both. They have guided me through some difficult times with professionalism and genuine caring. However, the written instructions given to patients detailing the preparation procedures prior to a Colonoscopy are difficult to decipher and need to be re-written.
