There is a staff member at this dental office who speaks with a Taiwanese accent — I believe her name is Annie. She was very grumpy and impatient, and her customer service was extremely poor. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Dr. Tao is very nice professional and she explains everything well does everything according to the patient's needs she takes all kinds of dental insurance providers and their office is clean and follows covid-19 procedures the office also has nice front desk assistance and they don't try to offer you procedures that you don't need. (Chinese and English language both offered)
