Extremely dismissive, spent less than 8 minutes in the room, did not give me enough time to explain all my symptoms, paid a co pay for no reason, LPN and front desk staff were extremely kind. As an oncology RN, I can't believe MDs act like this to patients. Will not be coming back.
I have a lot of medical anxiety & honestly this may be my top 3 worst experiences yet. Dr. Tang was supposed to be a caring, helpful, and a doctor but I felt like I was in an episode of mean girls, minus the doctor background. She was dismissive, cold, and unfriendly— even when I expressed my nervousness in a medical setting as a patient. She accused me of an eating disorder before even reviewing my endoscopy results. Dr Tang was incredible - my consult appointment went smooth and the office did a great job having everything prepared and ready for me. Very impressed - huge shoutout to the office manager there (Amanda) - she has assisted me with patient appointments in the past as well-very thorough and helpful! Dr. Tang was amazing before, during and after my procedure as well. She explained everything to me and was supportive and available if needed. Will definitely be going back and recommending family and friends!
Went to see dr ying tang about my stomach issues… showed her my recent blood work, she looked at me and told me I need to eat more, I’m too skinny I should go see a therapist.. I have an eating disorder, didn’t even look at my bloodwork. i couldn’t believe that dr ying tang would insult a patient and didn’t want to help.. i would NOT recommend dr ying tang at all..
