All I asked for was a contact exam - she went ahead and charged me for contacts & glasses exam then I had to pay for both

doctor liu double booked my appointment slot and took the other patient first (who arrived after me) without checking in with the office staff. extremely unprofessional, i left and made an appointment with a different eye doctor and had a much better experience.
