Hello, I’d like to share some feedback about my experience during the 19-week ultrasound. The doctor that day seemed a bit tired, and the procedure felt somewhat rushed and forceful. The overall atmosphere was a bit tense, and I felt some discomfort during the scan, with mild abdominal pain afterward. My original appointment wasn’t scheduled for that day, but due to a change in staffing, I was asked to come in earlier than planned. Dr. Ying Chan is very knowledgeable and professional. She took her time to care for me and my baby. If you have concerns about your pregnancy she would take her time and explain your concerns, with Dr. Ying Chan expertise I was able to give birth to a healthy baby. The staff at Dr. Ying Chan’s office is very nice and friendly. The office itself is very clean. I would recommend coming to Dr. Ying Chan for your ultrasounds.
