Dr Alvarado and Rivera are the best and nicest doctors I have ever met. They are great and care about the kids. However the office manager is very rude unpleasant and always has an attitude towards us. This office should really counsel her as she is giving ruining the reputation of the MD. We have considered leaving but are staying only because of the MDs.
I was pleased to call the office as a new patient, she was very friendly so I made an appointment, when I got there I was very happy to meet the assistant and the doctor. From the front desk to the doctor they listen to patients (I think Doctor forgot to send the rx to the pharmacy but after a phone call it was done). I am happy to have him as my pediatrician. Good job, thank you!
I love the office, the dr are amazing and seem to really care about the patients!! Always nice and friendly and clean very clean. However Gladys the lady in the front desk is nothing but rude. Always closing that window in your face and having a very nasty attitude. I wonder is she the owner because she will not answer any questions and is just so unpleasant. I have thought very much about leaving this office because of her. I hope the doctors do something about this nasty lady?!! Other than that good doctors
