I left home at 11 AM for a 2;40 appt. They had 75 closed near Sarasota..again South of Tampa. I called to let them know that I would be a little late. Was minutes away and at 3:07 they called and said Dr. left! Almost there and they treat a patient like this after driving 4 hours??? Terrible and I would never attempt to use them again! Shame on USF health!!!😡
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care I experienced during my recent medical consultation with Dr. Lin. Following a series of blood tests, I was informed of abnormal results through an impersonal internet message, without the opportunity for a proper explanation or discussion. Dr. Lin is a very knowledgeable, thorough and kind Rheumatologist. I have a rare autoimmune disease which is incredibly hard to treat. He and his Fellow, Dr. Bazerbashi are a great team! The office is busy but you can always communicate through the MyChart portal with questions between visits.
Is there a negative 5? Do NOT go here to see Dr. Lin. I had a bunch of bloodwork that lit up and I didn’t get a phone call. I got a basic internet message that I could not even understand. Why not have the decency to call me and have me come in and explain to me what is wrong with me and why my levels of inflammation are off the charts. Why did my Ana come back positive? Stay away!! Terrible pt care and poor customer service. I saw Dr Lin for first visit. They found some issues. I went for second appointment and Dr Lin wasn't there and instead of assigning me to his resident for f/u they sent me to see a different doctor entirely. He knew nothing about my case so I had to educate him on what they had found etc. After looking into my case further he found out what I was talking about.
