Extremely disappointed with the front desk staff at this neurology office. They lack basic administrative training, they didn't even know what a Healthcare Proxy form was, which is shocking for a specialized clinic. Worse, they managed to pull the wrong patient file twice, once over the phone and again in person. I have never encountered such unprofessional front desk staff, especially the female receptionist, whose attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. The appointment scheduling was completely disorganized, and my doctor was changed without any prior notice or communication. I strongly recommend that future patients repeatedly confirm with the front desk which doctor they are scheduled to see, as they may later claim that you never specified your preferred doctor. If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. The level of care here is unbelievable — and not in a good way. If you want to walk out losing feeling in your hands or legs, then this is the place to go. Everything is done painfully slow, with no sense of urgency or concern for the patient.
