I have never encountered such unprofessional front desk staff, especially the female receptionist, whose attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. The appointment scheduling was completely disorganized, and my doctor was changed without any prior notice or communication. I strongly recommend that future patients repeatedly confirm with the front desk which doctor they are scheduled to see, as they may later claim that you never specified your preferred doctor. If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. The level of care here is unbelievable — and not in a good way. If you want to walk out losing feeling in your hands or legs, then this is the place to go. Everything is done painfully slow, with no sense of urgency or concern for the patient. The whole experience feels less like real medical care and more like an insurance game where they drag things out, rush nothing, and leave you worse than when you walked in. 如果评分是0到10的话，对于这两次发生的事，让我对这个诊所的前台小姐态度给0️⃣分，前面一次预约了父母过来检查，但是她们打电话说迟到5分钟的话就不让看，所以我们另外预约了一次，但是今天的预约9点（之前她们打我电话说可不可以把9点换成9:30、我问为什么她们说她们有的时候迟到了，但是我告诉她们说我上班10点要到公司，如果不行我就取消预约…所以我们没有换时间）到了9点十几分护士小姐直接叫下一个病人看，我问了才知道原来说我们迟到了几分钟，但是主要是后面那个病人进来了时间还是在我们的后面… 到9点四十七分才检查，谢谢前台的操作让我今天的上班迟到！
