Very sad. I now need to change doctors. They make it so so so incredibly difficult to get prescriptions. The staff is really bad. The staff does not know what they are doing. I have NEVER experienced this before with Northeast Medical doctors. Maybe the staff is overworked and underpaid. Dr. Yu is a very good doctor.
Dr.Yu, Carol and staff are amazing people and have helped me get my tremendously! Would recommend to friends and family!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO DR. YU, HIS STAFF IS THE WORST!!!!!!! Ongoing problems getting prescriptions filled- called 6 times since 2/23/24 and every time they tell you they will take care of it and NOTHING! They give you the usual excuses that they are short staffed and they need 72 hours to fill prescriptions-WAY past 72 hours - just awful, incompetent, and uncaring staff, including the office manager, and this is for an elderly patient.
