The wait time after checking in was completely unreasonable. Despite arriving on time, I was left waiting far longer than expected with no communication or updates from the staff. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff. They came across as cold, dismissive, and inattentive. While patients were waiting, the staff in the back appeared to be laughing and enjoying themselves, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve been struggling for a long time to find a good doctor. In the past, whenever I had questions or test results came back high or low, I rarely received a call back or an explanation. Dr. Yelena Shevchuk was different from the very first visit. She really listened to me, ordered the blood work I requested, and helped me get to the bottom of what I was missing.
