Dr Shanchuk took wonderful care of my mom, who lived to be 100 yo. I have been seeing her for about fifteen years and she is very knowledgeable and also kind and compassionate. My daughter also goes to her. Our family is blessed to have her as our doctor. And her FNP, Erica, is just the absolute best🥰❤️🥰

The wait time after checking in was completely unreasonable. Despite arriving on time, I was left waiting far longer than expected with no communication or updates from the staff. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff. They came across as cold, dismissive, and inattentive. While patients were waiting, the staff in the back appeared to be laughing and enjoying themselves, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
