After going to Doctors for over 7 years I found lindebaum and she was a God send. She properly diagnosed me after running a number of tests and I am now on proper medicine.

AVOID. Crappy experience. NO diagnosis. No call back. I requested medical records SEVERAL times and never got a call back or a release form. Found her thru Zocdoc.

I had a referral from my own GP for a visit this week. I arrived 15 minutes early as with a new patient you have to provide a lot of information. I gave my Insurance card and ID to the admin. and continued filling out the forms. I was then told I have a large deductible and how was I going to pay. I asked what the average fee for a consultation was and they declined to say. I said that you can bill me or I can pay by credit card today.
