I’ve been going to this Dr. for years. My family also. The Dr. himself isn’t the problem, it’s his staff. NEVER in my life have I experienced what I experienced today from any other human being. The front desk lady was so rude. They will literally let you die. They told me the next appointment for me was almost a month out. I have been going to this doctor for a very long time now .he is one of the best. He’s very thorough. He listens well always give me blood work always go over my blood work so that I understand what’s going on with myself he always have a good attitude. I really like Dr. Yasu. In Front desk whoever handle the call there on August 5 , 2024 10:20 am . I’m trying to schedule appointments . That’s female voice . Not know the name but She cut off call in middle of conversation many times and after that I called again more then 5 times , she doesn’t answer call at all . She keep on avoiding or cut off call after pick up in 3 sec .i didn’t even get chance to make appointment . Very ignorant . Unprofessional .
