This doctor when I asked him about the procedure he was about to do on me, said why do you need to know that is why I went to dental school! This doctor is purely disrespectful and has no manners. Absolutely did a horrible job on my temporary crown had me come back to the office two times because of pain, stay away!!!
10/10 RECOMMEND! I was petrified of the dentist and held off for way too long to see the dentist, until I had an emergency (my tooth cracked). I was able to get a fast appointment to see Dr. Refai. I was greeted by a professional front office staff, escorted to the room by Ray (a true ray of sunshine), scanned, and provided a thorough overview of the care plan for my tooth by Dr. Refai.
