Dr. Botros is incredibly kind, approachable, and thoughtful. He takes the time to listen carefully, explain all options clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. I had surgery with him and could not be happier with the care I received and the outcome. His assistant, Melissa, was equally wonderful, very responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Botros and his surgical coordinator, Melissa. Dr. Botros did a double hernia surgery on my mom almost a year ago, and we had such a great experience. Your office receptionist has been extremely irresponsible. I was referred to your clinic a year ago, and my referral was completely ignored. I never received an appointment. When I called last year to ask why, I was told “we never received your file, it must not have been anything serious.” Since when does a receptionist get to decide what is “serious”?
