I have suffered from UTIs for over 25 years and have been treated by numerous doctors. My experience with Dr. Bootwala has far exceeded any previous doctors I've seen for this condition. My situation is a bit unique because I had a bladder sling inserted 25 years ago after a full-term twin pregnancy and also suffer from chronic diarrhea as a result of Celiac disease. This review is regarding the office staff. After the appt my daughter needed results of testing. The portal would not work and after several msgs over the span of about 10 days NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. The office staff is VERY inefficient in my expierence!!!
