Probably one of the worst doctor visits of my life. He watched me walk up and down the hall once, then he looked at an image of a white spot on my brainstem and respond that it didn’t look good. He then turned to my husband and asked if he could speak frankly, then proceeded to gaslight me and tell him my condition was from past trauma. He couldn’t look or talk to me, just my husband. I love him. After going to 5 different MS doctors over 30 years, I feel Dr Jassam is a very informative, knowledgeable, and caring doctor.

Too busy to accommodate patients. 10 minutes late to my appointment. No time to see me, 15 minute window for each patient with a 10 minute extra if needed. All these Hoag doctors over book then cannot take time for a patient.
