The secretary is very unprofessional. After waiting 6 months for an appt with the Doctor the appt was cancelled . Next available appt is September with the Doctor ( if he is not covering hospital )! The option is to see the Nurse Practitioner ! If I make an appt with the Doctor and the appt gets cancelled on their end why should I see anyone other than the Doctor ! i have not yet met Dr. El-Sherif yet, my doctor left and he has been in charge of refilling my scripts until my appointment with him and he has been so fast at sending in my refills. very pleased so far as not having your scripts and struggling with horrible migraines can cause anxiety and i have been able to rely on a fast refill from him. thank you
You can make as many calls as you want. Nobody gets back to you. Nobody helps you the receptionist does leave the messages and sees all the responses but no one gets back to you. No one helps you I didn’t expect to be this terrible when you’re experiencing migraines and can’t get help. It’s very Disappointing so terrible
My experience at the doctor's office was extremely disappointing. Despite my repeated requests, they failed to resend my medication correctly to the pharmacy. The lack of assistance and unwillingness to resolve the issue left me frustrated and without the necessary medication. I would not recommend this doctor's office for their lack of support and negligence in handling patient concerns. This is unfortunate considering the NP and doctor were wonderful.
I really like doctor El Sherif, but I was waiting for my appointment for 11 months! The office is new and clean.
