My mother-in-law called to cancel her biopsy today 12/28 ,someone answered when she said her name the lady told her I don’t speak spanish and hanged up on her,she called again and the lady with nasty attitude asked for her DOB and told her “ok cancel” and hanged up again not even asked her to reschedule , this is unprofessional and racist, i don’t know how people like that can be working on the health industry,she didn’t know the name of the lady but as a main office this has to be discuss with their whole team.She told the ... read more
Dr.Langman is a wonderful doctor. Very professional and good bedside manner. Takes time to explain everything from the beginning of the procedure to the end. Takes the time to review any results with you. Makes sure you understand everything he is telling you. Makes himself available if you have any questions or concerns. Highly recommend him and his group of dictors.
