Totally agree with other reviews that the support staff are amazing -friendly, professional, and responsive-5 stars for them(shout out to Angel and Grace!). However, as the spouse of a former patient, I never heard a doctor tell me that they were unable to call with bloodwork results because they “have hundreds of patients and cannot call each one with test results”. Disappointing.
Amazing, caring staff! I never have to wait at appointment time. Providers are kind and compassionate and very skilled. I highly recommend this practice
I saw Dr. Chen for the first time and was very impressed. He took his time and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Chen to anyone that has a neurological disorder.
