The wait is way too long. The past few times I've come I waited more than 1.5 hours to see the doctor. Will look for a new physicians office as my time is not respected and the office overbooks patients. However, Dr rubinshteyn is a sweet and kind person.
Doctor and office refuse to help get malaria prevention medication. Attempted to schedule appointments with the doctor they recommended and cannot get an appointment. Still no help. Do not recommend and will be finding another pcp.
The worse doctors office the front desk and the doctor are both liars.
