Dr. Shen has been such an incredible doctor! I also send her my patients!
Dr. Shen and her internal office team are AWESOME! However, the new system, Cedars Sinai is EXTREMELY frustrating, authorization wait time is ridiculous, authorization medical carrier information not correct, billing payment process is horrible and rescheduling is borderline liable along with extremely negligent with ensuring medical health evaluations for long term health. Get rid of CEDARS SINAI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dr Shen is excellent, I highly recommend her . She explains everything thoroughly and takes her time with you, she’s never rushed . She’s a great listener and answers all your questions. I wish all Doctors were like her .
