Doesn't do his homework before performing unnecessary procedures. Most of his staff are angry women that could care less about anyone. My daughter had surgery a few months ago that "fixed her problem" WRONG! Dr. Chen and Patterson really need to focus more on patients. I would NEVER use either one of them again. My daughter is worse now than before surgeryy
