Friendly and personable. Acceptable command of English language. Seemed quite knowledgeable and caring during the one visit I've had. Getting an appointment with or conveying questions to this provider is like trying to get into Fort Knox or The National Security Agency. You have to leave a telephone message (not multiple messages) and pray to your God that the nurse calls you back. Unfortunately, many clinics are like this in Abilene. Dr Kalla has been seeing me for approximately6 weeks in the hospital. She has been very attentive to my treatment and has absolute great bedside manner. She always answers my questions in layman's terms.
