Dr. Akkanti listens! She is the most caring doctor that I've ever had. She is great with the whole family.
Dr. Akkanti actually listens to you and treats you according to what you tell her instead of just looking at lab results. She doesn't condescend. She is great at explaining things.
Unfriendly staff
Great and caring doctor! She listens to what I say and genuinely cares. Dr. Akkanti really went gone beyond the call of duty when I went through a year-long stretch of illness, pneumonia and whooping cough and keeping me from going into pneumonia twice in between; she figured out why my immunity was so low. I really like the Telemeds now since the pandemic keeps me at home. She is more than a doctor, now a friend.
My entire family always depends on her and her staff. Awesome doctor! Professional medical practice! Great personality! Prompt office visits. Extremely understanding. and caring. A truly lovely person all the way around. She is a strong women. She gets to know you mental, physically and medically. She is always be my Doctor!
Dr. Akkanti explained things about my 6 month girl to me that her other dr didn't. She really made me feel confident about our visit.
Saw Dr. Akkanti on a recommendation from a friend because my previous doctor had not been helpful in treating my vertigo. Not only did Dr. Akkanti give me a thorough examination, she made me feel like she was actually listening to what I was saying. After 3 months of suffering, I am finally feeling better all thanks to her. She even cheered when I told her I was doing better. I have never waited long for my appointment and all the staff have been friendly and helpful. Great family doctor.
Our son had fast hard breaths all day and we were worried about it. We took him into our normal walk in clinic and all Dr. akkanti did was look in his ears and said he had a double ear infection(he has a history of them) and said his breathing was from the pain. Well he got worse so we brought him to the ER at Dell Medical in Austin and they said there was no ear infection and that he has Broncolitis. His lungs weren't getting enough oxygen. We will not be returning to that clinic.
