Dr. Cheng has been my gynecologist for three years now. I have nothing but praise for her. She is very gentle, kind and knowledgeable about all things female. Dr. Cheng does not rush you when you have questions. I recently had a male doctor tell me I was asking too many questions. I was both shocked and disappointed. Dr. Cheng will not disappoint. I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr Cheng. And her staff. They are by far the best ob office out of my 3 pregnancies. She listens to what I have to say and answers all my concerns. (And I have many every visit) she calms my fears and looks into everything I express concern about with this pregnancy. If I could give a zero star I would. The staff are friendly and do a great job. No complaints there. In fact the person who draws blood is the best one I’ve had. Super smooth and gets it right first time! However, Dr. Cheng needs to retire. Clearly she can’t be bothered to do her job. None of my concerns were properly addressed. She would stand there blankly looking at me on the majority of my concerns, on others she just said oh that’s normal and on a few others told me to go to a different specialist. She truly is my favorite OB. I’ll never look for another as long as Dr. Cheng is around. I trust her completely with my care — her guidance, her input, and her medical advice have always been spot-on. She’s attentive, compassionate, and has a way of reassuring me no matter what I’m facing. After delivering three of my children and guiding me through a hysterectomy, you cannot convince me there is another OB who compares. She’s one of a kind.
I have been a patient of Dr. Cheng for the past 17 years, and I truly cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my care. She delivered both of my babies (16yrs old son & 6 yrs old daughter) and has also performed gynecologic surgery for me — every experience has been exceptional.
