I am really torn about this! They DO provide GREAT dental services and the people are really nice. BUT THE AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! It hangs up on you, sometimes it does not sends and SMS message!!! You can't get a LIVING persone on the phone. It is very frustrating!!!
