I had the most excellent experience with Dr. Jacob! No pain, very kind, and wonderful professional staff.
I was referred to this office by my dentist. After the consultation was complete I called to make an appointment, but was told that since 'she couldn't develop a rapport' with me I could not be seen. When I asked that the doctor call me to discuss, I received a call back over 24 hours later from the same receptionist stating that the doctor was still refusing to allow me to make an appointment with any doctor in the office. I was also told that the doctor did not intend to call me back, period.
