Very old family practice, only one reception with one doctor. Not even change the closing time notice at the door, only open for 2hours each day. I requested the result can be sent to email, receptionist said they have no fax and no email can be used. Only can come in person and take the result. But Dr just withholding my result and said you must come to take it again with appointment. She earned Medicare payment for few times as she keep saying for follow up appt and withholding your result.
Dr. Song is very experienced and friendly. She understands very well about her patients with Chinese and other asian culture. All my family members go to Dr.Song with great feedback.
Very slow, bad attitude, terrible at interacting with patients. Always makes mistakes such as writing wrong prescriptions, misspelling words in form and prescribes antibiotics even when not needed. Receptionist is rude, impatient and slow.
Don’t ever go there. Prescribed wrong antibiotics can be harmful and deadly! Unprofessional. Time and money are not that important but health is! Government should check this practice and close it down.
I checked opening time online which shows open till 5;30pm today, but it's closed when I arrived. Not a good experience after 40 min driving!
