First visit today. His assistant was very helpful with the preliminary work up Dr J. S (I don’t remember his name so sorry. When Dr Koubeash came in he was full of personality and charm and I was immediately put at ease. We don’t have any answers yet but i feel we are heading in the right direction
I had the best experience at the office of Dr. Koubaesh. All the staff were kind, compassionate, and respectful, including the physician assistants and the team at the front desk. Dr. Koubaesh was so nice, professional, and supportive and really listened and responded with care to my questions and concerns. He assured me that my cardiac test results showed no cause for concern, whereas my family doctor had suggested the possibility of an operation. well cared for for nearly 10 years
I have been going for almost 3 years. I have heard people say the staff is rude. I never heard it until today. Maybe they should take some customer service courses you do not phone a customer and lecture them. Not my fault nobody said to return device asap. Your hours do not let people who work get there. Why not open one day later and work later like most clinics. Who ever called me today needs to be spoken to not impressed at all!
