Was so worried about joining a new doctors having moved from London. The reception team every time I have been which a lot as I’m pregnant have just been so wonderful and polite and really they make your whole experience a pleasant one. Highly recommend
The website states to register as new patient complete an online form & then go to the practice within 3 days with proof of identification. I rang the surgery to be told that it takes 2 weeks just for them to receive the form through a centralised system. I stated that I couldn't wait that long for an appointment & was told to go to A&E who said they could not see me & told me to get a GP appointment. No sympathy & lack of concern for my situation from the surgery.
