If i can give her a zero i would. Horrible response, actually no response. Go elsewhere if you have to. She has no email and voice mail tells you not to leave a message. Impossible to get a hold of.
I've known Dr. Ye for about 2 months now. She's helped get through a very tough time in my mental health. I will update my rating if anything changes.
Really cares about her patients, even if not apparent initially. I've run into a patient of hers who claimed he'd take a bullet for Dr. Ye.
Poor bedside manner. Cold. Impossible to get in touch with. Saw her for 2 years and she never remembered anything I told her. Yelled at me a handful of times for calling to ask her questions relating to medication or documentation of my diagnosis. If you are looking for a human do not go see this woman.
