Dr Ye has been nothing short of brilliant dealing with the complex surgeries required for my 13-year-old son. His compassionate and thoughtful care along with his undeniably talented surgical skills have made a daunting process over many months seamless. I cannot recommend Dr Ye highly enough. I’m an Intensive Care Staff Specialist who fractured my right radius in late July. From the first consultation he combined exceptional technical expertise with clear, compassionate communication. He recognised early that an EPL tendon transposition would best safeguard my hand function (crucial for my work) and arranged surgery the very next day. My daughter developed a stress related injury to her elbow due to her extensive gymnastics training. Dr Ye diagnosed the issue and provided us with two options - one less invasive than the other. On his advice we took the less invasive action and the outcome has been nothing less than great. Dr Ye communicates very clearly and takes real pleasure in seeing the successful outcome that his intervention produces.
