Do not ask for a referral to this office! Nurse practitioners are rude, no bedside manners. Never got to see Dr Fan. So I don't know about dr fan. Office personal was rude
very bad experience, this doctor no patience at all, very mean and bad attitude
he is impatient and show very mean and bad attitude. My visit is horrible. He does not want to listen to patient tall the health problem and just said he can refer to other special doctor. He only talk to me for 2 minutes and rush to leave. He is not professional and does not care about patient at all. I would strongly say, definitely do not see this horrible doctor.
Dr. Fan was great with my uncle. My uncle has no insurance so the self pay rate for a colonoscopy was very reasonable for an excellent service. I would recommend Dr. Fan to my friends and family members if heeded.
One of the best doctors in Dallas area, he diagnosed the gallbladder problem that other doctors could not find in 6 months, I am very grateful and thankful

I went to Dr. Fan, at the first of the year complaint of stomach pain heartburn. By advice of my personal dr. an Endoscopy was done, and showed no problems however, I was still in the same amount of pain. His advice was to take another pill of some sort, which I refused. And he told methat because of my age 65-70 I would just always have stomach pain. End of visit. Never did he even suggest that maybe the heartburn was related to maybe a different problem Well this week I had my gallbladder removed!! so much for another pill... read more
Very bad service: I went to the clinic to make an appointment for my surgery. There are two partners. I was seen by Dr. Fan and I made an appointment for the surgery with Dr. Fan and his two assistants on the first appointment (approximately 3 weeks before the scheduled surgery date). I clearly said that since Dr. Fan saw me and I never had a chance to see the other partner, I wanted Dr. Fan to perform the surgery. Dr. Fan said: ok and he asked for my general Dr. information to get my annual check record. Never got any notic... read more
