If I could give 0 stars I would but I went in to fill out forms to obtain medical clearance for work. Went in the first time to get titers, etc. floor blood tests and handed him a checklist with everything I needed. He looked it over and gave me everything but a physical exam and my immunization record which were both on the list. I returned to get the lab results and the physical exam and he accused me of not telling him about the physical exam. Crowded and dirty clinic. Wait times are very long and front desk are rude. Avoid by all means, unless you're a fan of disenfranchisement.
Very dirty, the soap add too much water into it, not very good service.
