Dr. Xiao-Bin Li is very kind very knowledgeable, and Dr. Lin LIU is tender loving caring, and effective in helping all the medical needs of mine. I am truly grateful.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I tried multiple times to get assistance with prescription refills, and no one could help me with the main office or any real support. Very frustrating experience.
The front desk staff at the Upper Derby location is very unprofessional, and rude toward Chinese seniors. My mother is a 80 years old senior who doesn't speak English. She was trying to get an appointment with a Chinese-speaking doctor. The front desk staff made fun of my mother for not being able to speak English properly and refused to communicate with her. The owner Dr. Xiaobin Li makes a ton of money off the Chinese seniors through senior day care center. Yet they treat the Chinese seniors with disrespect and negligence.... read more
