The front desk staff at the Upper Derby location is very unprofessional, and rude toward Chinese seniors. My mother is a 80 years old senior who doesn't speak English. She was trying to get an appointment with a Chinese-speaking doctor. The front desk staff made fun of my mother for not being able to speak English properly and refused to communicate with her. Dr. Li and her staff members are very unprofessional and do not like to work with African-American patients they does not like to the African American patients nothing for pain they blow off and never return or respond to a black American patient with no bedside manners of no kind Ihonenestly believe that she only cares about her culture and the caucasian patients I would never recommend her to anyone of whom I know
