Parents need to be aware of this doctor. He charged $50 for students athletic clearance form. No matter you have insurance or no insurance. I ask the front desk why you didn't mention the fee in the front office, he said this is office's rule and he opened the folder, my daughter want to take the picture and he didn't let her to take the picture. Dr Hsieh and Aaron and such nice doctors…and they are cute too! Highly recommend this clinic for your entire family for routine check up
The wait can be long, but the service is so worth it. I drive a long distance just to see them. I usually have panic attacks when seeing new doctors, but they were so caring that I didn't need to take my anti-anxiety meds.
He's a good Doctor. After my first visit I was reassured I was going to get proper care and advice.
Dr Hsieh and Aaron Tea are the best drs you can find. I’ve been to several drs my entire life and I have to stay they have made me a loyal patient. To the point where I opted out of a pediatrician and they treat my son as well. They are very accommodating and understanding. They HEAR you and acknowledge all of your concerns whatever they are. Dr hsieh's office is very clean and well kept. His staff is kind and courteous and follows up on all questions we had. Dr hsieh himself is everything u could hope for in a doctor as he listens to all health concerns and addresses them very effectively. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to patient needs.
I was referred by a friend and Dr. Hsieh has amazing bedside manner - easy to talk to and understand. I appreciated that he provided physical results on the phone when I couldn't get in for a follow up right away. Overall, he is an excellent primary care and overall Dr.
Fresh breath of air, finally found a doctor with good bedside manner. Dr. Hsieh will be my doctor for a while, he took the time to go through my whole medical history (not to many doctors do this these days). His office staff was friendly and courteous. Wait time fair considering I was a new patient. I will be recommending Dr. Hsieh to everyone I know.
