I am retired and in all my years, I have never received personal phone calls direct from a doctor to discuss test results or follow ups. Dr Jane Wong does this in the friendliest manner. Edit 10/2025: My wife and I have continued yearly and 6 monthly checkups with Dr Jane. She continues to show fantastic professionalism each time we visit and answers any questions we have thoroughly. Always follows up our medical checks with a phone call to discuss results and friendly advice of our blood tests.
