I saw Dr Wong today for a first time appointment, and the referral wait time was well worth it. He listened to my concerns, I felt HEARD! Zero issues with the staff at this clinic. I have no doubt that he is an excellent Dr, just based off that interaction.
Very unprofessional and same as the receptionist. Complete negligence in his workplace. You'll wait for 5+ months before you receive anything. Plus other doctors or clinics you go to will have to push and push to get simple things done. The receptionist will have your paper work in the office for months and not pass it on to him. If you have a possible heart problem or heart issue, I'd strongly urge you to go elsewhere. One of the worst experiences, my mother has ever had with a doctor here in Canada. Very unprofessional both him and his receptionist.
Dr. Wong is an outstanding doctor who provided excellent care for both my mom and my wife. His expertise, patience, and genuine concern for their well-being were evident throughout their treatment. He took the time to listen carefully, explain medical details clearly, and ensure they felt comfortable and supported. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiology!!
