Had a great experience with Dr Wong. She was professional, knowledgeable and terrific with my 2 year old. Would recommend for sure
When other drs and pharmacists tell you after the fact I’m not the only person who feels this way you know it’s bad, an absolutely unacceptable experience. I was dismissed, talked over, and treated like my concerns were an inconvenience. Dr Wong showed no empathy and no willingness to listen. I left frustrated and angry with nothing resolved. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Please do not waste your time. Drive to another city, take the ferry even.
Dr Wong is a little different and I totally understand how some of these reviews discuss her mannerisms. I'll say she was professional, very to the point, a bit rushed, very little personality. She has a job to do and damn well gonna do it fast. She did talk me through my options and supported my choice. Less than 15 minutes in her office. She dismissed my result from my MRI and catscan that showed a medical problem. I also found her rude with attitude.
Today was my first visit ever to see Dr. Wong, I'm not going to lie, I was terribly nervous. As I was bringing previous tests that showed mass under my tongue. Dr. Wong you were absolutely lovely! You have so much kindness, and a beautiful bedside manner. The way you stepped through my procedure with care and alot of explanation, you made me feel so comfortable and secure.
