I called this office to inquire about coming in for what I suspected to be a sprained/fractured arm. They told me to come in and they would be able to assist me. I arrived and completed paperwork. The office was completely empty and I did not have to wait long. The nurse got my weight and height and placed me in a room. Dr. Won Lee arrived and from the beginning was very odd. This doctor needs to lose his license. My wife went to see him for back pain and he told her he can't help her and he won't prescribe her drugs and told her to leave his office. She never even asked for pain medication. She just wanted to come up with a plan to fix her back. After a minute of sitting there bewildered at how she was treated he came back in and asked her why she was still there and told her to leave again. I will be filing a complaint with every agency I can think of. This man should lose his practice
If there were more doctors like Dr. Lee, health care would be the way it was before. Excellent! Other doctors I've been to are all about how good and how much can your insurance afford to pay for your visit. The trip from Rockwall County to Irving, Tx is well worth the drive.
