I was simply amazed by the patience, knowledge, kindness, and caring we saw from this doctor. He called us on Sunday evening and really took his time to discuss our loved one’s situation and health condition! This was in stark contrast to speaking to other doctors who would cut you off and not even care to hear you out. This was so refreshingly surprising to encounter such a great professional and a great human being. It truly restored one’s faith in the system.
